Check in early for your room confirmation, as the front desk may not handle room preferences proactively.

Staff efficiency at check-in needs significant improvement!!! The room should not have visible dirt on the telephone!!! Towels at the swimming pool should be provided without having to go to the front desk!!!

during my weekend stay, I loved how close I was to beautiful outdoor areas like Hyla Park Nature Preserve, just about 1.5 km away, and the Bill Thorpe Walking Bridge, which is around 3 km and ideal for a leisurely stroll along the river.

We enjoyed our stay with two adult kids at this hotel. It's in a great spot for a family getaway. The classic American breakfast was just what we needed.

My wife says that the pullout bed should be more comfortable for families.
